Tiger Beer’s Singapore Chilli Crab Festival is BACK for 2008

Closing: 29/08/2008
The Tiger Beer Singapore Chilli Crab Festival returns to London's Truman Brewery in Brick Lane for the third consecutive year on Saturday 30th August and Sunday 31st August. Even bigger and better than last year, the festival will transform London's East End into a Singaporean oasis full to the brim with exotic tastes, smells and sounds of the Far East. With plenty of Singaporean cuisine to sample, including the world famous Chilli Crab, it is the food festival not to be missed! 2008 Festival Highlights...

Singaporean chef, author and reviewer, Terry Tan will share his secrets of cooking the ultimate Singaporean cuisine with live cooking demonstrations taking place throughout the weekend.

Entertainment including dragon dancing, martial art displays and skillful musicians from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS)

Henna tattooing, oriental calligraphy and the extraordinary sight of tea-stretching where Chinese tea is poured dramatically from great heights to enhance the flavour – you definitely have to see it to believe it!

And an enchanting Singaporean garden, where people can sit and relax and take in the festival atmosphere

An after-party which will continue the festival atmosphere into the night will be held at the Vibe Bar, Truman Brewery. For your chance to win VVIP x 2 pairs
