I visit this pub most lunch times and its one of the only places I will go to in the city center as I feel safe and the staff are always friendly. The food is good and the ladies toilets are the best I've seen in town.

Agreed. The city center hasnt many great pubs left. lets hope the trocadero is around for many years to come.
