Best in Northfield I would say in terms of food, price, quality, setting and service. Good service with polite staff and most importantly tasty food with all dishes tasting varied especially the Exclusive Dishes available.
I'm really surprised to find such a nice little place tucked away in this part of Birmingham. Very cosy and smart restaurant, the service was very good; they had a wonderful selection a great dishes. I tried the Machli Raja, very different but nice....possibly the restaurants take on nouvelle cuisine....definitely be coming back...what a gem!
Last night tried it for the first time....absolutely brill; lovely fish tika starter, moist and succulent, my girlfriend had the mixed kebab.
The main course was just as impressive we shared an Achari Lamb and a Chicken Naga, amazing! the service was a bit slow as they were busy but very attentive I'm coming back again.
Absolutely wonderful traditional little place, its been here for years but the staff are always welcoming, and the food is second to none.
I've been coming here for the last 10 years and it still doesn't dissapoint.
My best bet is the Lamb Tikka Jainta, finger lickin good!!
